What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel any time before August 20th to receive a full refund. After that date we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I bring my pets?
No, sorry, the venue says “Only service animals are allowed at Seabeck Conference Center. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals.”
What if I have a special dietary need?
Great! The venue can provide vegetarian, vegan, non-celiac gluten free, dairy-free meal on request if you let us know ahead of time. Call this out on the registration form when you sign up.
